What types of camping vans do you offer for rent?

What is included in the rental package?

When you rent a camping van from us, we ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Our comprehensive rental package includes:

  • 2x Gas bottles: Two full gas bottles to power the van's appliances.
  • Bedsheets & towels: 1 set of fresh and clean bedsheets
  • Full Watertank: The water tank will be filled to capacity, providing you with ample water for your journey.
  • Camping table and chairs for 2 people (1 more can be added): A convenient camping table and two chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
  • Full kitchen set: A complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and cups, so you can cook and enjoy meals on the go.
  • Coffee set: Everything you need to make and enjoy a great cup of coffee, including a Bialetti coffee maker, mugs, and essential supplies.
  • Cleaning inside and outside: We kindly ask you to return the van with a minimum level of cleanliness inside. We will take care of the deep cleaning, both inside and outside.
What are your rental rates and fees?

Our rental fees are based on the season in which you rent the camping van. We have two distinct seasons with different rates:

  • High Season (01.07 - 30.09): During the high season, our rates are €145 per night. This period typically sees higher demand due to favorable weather conditions and holiday schedules, making it the perfect time for an adventurous trip.

  • Low Season (01.10 - 30.06): For the remainder of the year, our rates are €115 per night. The low season offers a more budget-friendly option while still providing the same quality and enjoyment for your travels.

Please note that these are the basic rates. Additional fees and optional packages are outlined during the booking process. These may include insurance, equipment rentals, and other extras to enhance your experience.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, during the high season, which typically runs from 01.06 to 30.09, the minimum rental period is 6 nights. During the off-season, the minimum rental period is 3 days. We encourage you to check our website for specific dates and corresponding rental requirements.

Are there any age or driver's license requirements?

Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license B.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in the terms&conditions which are the following:

  • From the day of a confirmed booking until 60 days before the beginning of the rental period (Pick Up), cancellation will be free of charge. 
  • Between 59 to 45 days before beginning of rental 25 % of the rental price 
  • Between 44 to 30 days before beginning of rental 50 % of the rental price 
  • Between 29 to 7 days before beginning of rental 75 % of the rental price
  • Between 7 days to 1 day before beginning of rental 90 % of the rental price
  • In case of a no-show, a 100% of the rental price will be due and payable
Can I pick up and drop off the van at different locations?

Typically, the van is picked up and dropped off at our company's address. However, we understand that this may not always be convenient. We do offer a delivery service for the van, but please note that this service is subject to additional fees based on the distance.

Is there a kilometer limit?

Nope, we believe in letting the good times roll without counting the kilometers! Our camping vans have a "go as you please" policy - no limits, no odometer judgment. So, feel free to travel far and wide.

Do you allow pets in your camping vans?

Absolutely! We are pet-lovers! Your furry, feathery, or scaly companions are not just welcome; they're VIP passengers on the adventure bus!
Just remember, they might try to call "shotgun" on the co-driver's seat.

What do I do in case of a breakdown, emergency or accident?

Report the Incident: Inform us as soon as possible about the situation. We are here to support you throughout the process.

Breakdown Assistance:

  • For breakdowns, the Automobile Club Luxembourg (ACL) will take care of towing the van to the nearest garage.
  • Contact ACL directly for prompt assistance. Their contact information will be provided in your rental documents.

Insurance Coverage: Rest assured that all breakdowns, emergencies, and accidents are covered by our comprehensive insurance policy. This coverage ensures that any damages or towing costs are handled without additional expense to you.

Documentation: Take photos of the scene and any damages, and collect contact information from any other parties involved. This will help with the insurance claim process.

Follow Instructions: Follow any further instructions given by our team or the ACL to ensure the situation is resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit of 1200€ is required at the time of pick-up. This deposit is fully refundable upon the undamaged return of the camping van.

Can I modify or extend my reservation?

Of course! We believe in spontaneity and embracing the unexpected—your road trip should be as flexible as a yoga instructor on a trampoline! Need to extend your adventure or switch things up?

What is your fuel policy?

We operate on the "return it like you borrowed it from your cool neighbor" policy. We hand over the van with a full tank, and we appreciate it if you could return it in the same condition. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges.

Are there any restricted areas for travel?

Certain geographic restrictions apply. Our vans are set for a Euro-adventure! You can roam freely within the European Union and Switzerland.

How do I clean and return the van?

Great news! We've got cleanliness covered – cleaning fees are already baked into our prices. However, we've got a soft spot for common sense and good vibes. While we don't expect you to break out the mop and vacuum, we do appreciate, if you return the van in a slightly clean state. Let's keep the good times rolling, and the mess to a minimum.

What happens if I return the van late?

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate any delays, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

To ensure availability, we recommend making reservations at least 10 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, last-minute bookings are also welcome based on availability.
